Brian Sadej opens his second season on the Pace volleyball coaching staff after a successful three-year run at Kean University. He helped guide the Cougars' men's volleyball team to a pair of NCAA Tournament appearances and advanced the women's team to the ECAC Semifinals.
As a player, Sadej competed for the club volleyball team at Rutgers University, winning a conference championship in 2008.
Sadej graduated Rutgers with a BS in Criminal Justice and earned a Masters in Criminology from the University of Cincinnati.
