Pace University Athletics

Chase joined the Pace University Softball coaching staff in the fall of 2020 and quickly became a beloved member of the program. An Australian Shepherd, Chase, was a welcome addition to the Pace staff and has since become well known across campus.

In his role with the Setters, Chase serves as the team’s Mental Strategist Coach, where his primary responsibilities include relaxation therapy, gameday bench support, and keeping the Blue and Gold focused throughout the season. He also specializes in ball retrieval and regularly assists with study hall monitoring.

Beyond softball, Chase has built strong relationships throughout the Pace Athletics department. He can often be found reviewing film with the football, lacrosse, and soccer teams, greeting recruits during campus visits and bringing energy to everyone he meets.

Under the guidance of head coach Claudia Stabile, Chase continues to play an important role in the day-to-day culture of Pace Softball, providing steady support and a calming presence for the Setters each and every day.
