2020-21: Made the NE10’s Academic Honor Roll following both semesters.

2019: Competed in seven meets… Clocked in at a season-best 30:12.2 for a 56^th place finish in the Golden Eagle Invitational… Placed 116^th in the NE10 Championships… Finished 130^th in the NCAA East Regional… Earned recognition on the NE10's Academic Honor Roll following both semesters.

2018: Competed seven times as a rookie… Had best time and place of season at NYIT Invitational, clocking in at 27:49.58 to place 22^nd… Posted a finish of 28:38 at NJIT Highlander Technology Challenge, placing 58^th… Ran at NCAA East Regional, placing 165^th with time of 42:09.30... Earned recognition on the NE10’s Fall and Spring Academic Honor Rolls.

High School: Cross country and track team captain… Earned All-League honors in cross country… Selected as Team MVP following each of his final two years… Finished 11th as a junior and 13th as a senior at the Section 1 League 2-C Championships… Performed as his team’s top runner as a senior, finishing 10th at the Scarsdale Invitational and 22nd at the Fred Gessler Cross Country Invitational.
