2023: Competed in three events for Pace... Had a season-best finish in the 8K individual with 32:10:7 (06:28:4 per mile) at the  NCAA Division II East Region Cross-Country Championships... Earned Academic Honors on the NE10 Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2022: Competed in three meets... Recorded a season-best time of 33:24.11 at the Golden Eagle Invitational on Sept. 30... Placed a season-best 36the at the New Paltz Invitational on Sept. 16.

2021: Competed in three meets… Recorded a season-best time of 30:43 at the NE10 Championships placing 113^th… Placed a season-best 29^th at the New Paltz Invitational on Sept. 17 with a time of 34:57.5… Made the NE10's Academic Honor Roll following both semesters. 

High School: Three-year varsity runner… Two-time All-League honoree… Two-year captain of L/P Rebels.
