2022 Spring Game Day Promotions B2R

Spring B2R Foundation
The Born to Run Foundation- The Born to Run Foundation has been a special part of our Pace Women’s Lacrosse family. In 2018, after suffering life-threatening complications from a routine ACL surgery, Courtney Pabst a senior on the team, had to have a below the knee amputation on her right leg. Noelle Lambert was a great resource for Courtney in her recovery process and in June 2021 donated Courtney a running blade through her foundation .Noelle Lambert was a three-sport varsity athlete in high school, she earned herself a division l scholarship to play lacrosse at UMass Lowell. In 2016 everything changed, she was in a car accident that took her leg. in 2018 she returned to the field being the first above knee amputee to play lacrosse at the college level. After graduation she perused track & field where she now plays on the Team USA Paralympic team. The foundation was created to provide child amputees with specific prosthetics that will allow them to run again.
