Weight Room Job Description
The Weight Room Supervisor position involves all aspects of gym operations. This includes monitoring members and students in their use of all cardio and strength equipment, enforcing all policies and procedures, maintaining all equipment and machinery, and assisting with any questions and concerns members or students may have. Weight Room employee's must be available late nights and weekends, be able to lift heavy weights and objects, and provide friendly and courteous customer service.
