NORTH ATTLEBORO, MA. – Pace University standout
Eugenia Morossi continues to anchor the Blue and Gold in the pool, earning her fourth Northeast 10 Conference Women's Swimmer of the Week award this season, as announced by the conference on Tuesday.
Morossi turned in a dominant all-around performance as Pace rolled to a 203–74 dual meet victory over Felician, sweeping all four events she contested. She captured first place in both backstroke races, touching first in the 100 Backstroke (57.58) and 200 Backstroke (2:01.33), with both times ranking among the top three in the NE10 this season.
In addition to her individual success, Morossi played a key role in Pace's relay dominance. She led off the 200 Medley Relay, which posted a winning time of 1:51.78, and also swam the leadoff leg of the victorious 200 Freestyle Relay in 1:41.43. Both relay performances rank among the conference's top marks this year.
Morossi's ability to deliver at a high level in both individual races and relays has been a consistent driving force behind Pace's success throughout the season. With four Swimmer of the Week honors already this campaign, she remains one of the Northeast 10 Conference's most impactful performers in the water.
