NORTH ATTLEBORO, MA. – Announced Monday afternoon, sophomore punter
Decker McNally has been recognized as the Northeast 10 Conference Special Teams Player of the Week following a standout performance that helped the Setters control field position throughout their latest match-up.
McNally delivered one of his most efficient outings of the season against Assumption University on Saturday, totaling 308 yards on seven punts while averaging an impressive 44.0 yards per attempt.
The second-year specialist unleashed a long punt of 52 yards and placed four punts inside the 20-yard line, including one that traveled more than 50 yards. His ability to flip the field and pin opponents deep consistently gave Pace a decisive edge in the territory battle.
McNally's accuracy and poise continue to establish him as one of the top punters in the NE10, anchoring the Setters' special team's unit week after week.
