PLEASANTVILLE, NY - As the Pace Football season concludes, the Northeast-10 (NE10) Conference releases their All-Conference Selections Thursday afternoon. A trio of Setters are representing the Blue and Gold on the NE10 release, one on the Second Team Offense and two to the All-Rookie Team.
Tyreek Smith, a red-shirt senior receiver, has been the forefront of the Setters offense this season as he is
fourth in the entire conference with 657 yards in 35 catches. Smith's best outing this season was featured in the 23-21 victory over Post University on Sept. 21 when he tallied 209 yards in just nine catches and recorded two touchdowns. He leads the Blue and Gold with five touchdowns and with an average of 65.70 yards per game season to be named to the NE10 Second Team Offense.
Two freshman for the Setters squad have been selected to the All-Rookie Team and they are
Colin Billups and
Dominic Clifford. The freshman duo have been a dual positional players for the Setters offensive line this season where both were labeled as a guard while Billups' second position was a tackle and Clifford's being a center. Clifford appeared in nine games, started in five of them, and Billups was featured in eight, started two.
Pace Football wrapped up their season with a 2-8 overall and 2-6 NE10 record.
