PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- Overtime excitement ends in favor of Bentley in an 18-10 overtime loss for the Pace University football team on Saturday afternoon at Pace Stadium.
Bentley (7-3, 5-2 NE10) got on the board first with a field goal early in the second period. Pace (6-4, 4-3) tied it up with a 45-yard field goal from kicker

With 12:26 on the clock in the third quarter, graduate student quarterback
Carlton Aiken (Gibbstown, N.J./Paulsboro) Jr., rushed for a two-yard touchdown, capping an eight-minute drive for the Setters.Â
Bentley quarterback Brett Pullman helped the Falcons to the eventual win. Pullman was inserted into the game with 3:25 left in regulation with Pace in the lead 10-3. He completed a game-tying 78-yard TD pass to senior Abel Lopes, Jr.  on his second play of scrimmage. In the second overtime, Pullman threw a 25-yard touchdown pass on the first play of the second extra period, then connected for the two-point conversion.Â
Aiken finished with 13 completed passes with 163 yards. He also rushed for 74 yards an d a touchdown.
Brandon Sobotker (West Babylon, N.Y./North Babylon) averaged 4.8 yards rushing for 48 yards in 10 carries.
Ramir Tann-Davis (Paterson, N.J./Paterson Eastside)Â caught two passes for 53 yards.
Dominic Nicolo (Yonkers, N.Y./Archbishop Stepinac) totalled 49 receiving yards on five catches.Â
Senior
Dustin Huseinovic (Harrison, N.J./Harrison) totaled eight tackles (six solo) to lead the Setters.
Finishing at 6-4, the Setters tied the wins record from 2019. Pace football has had nine six-win seasons since 1968.
Prior to kickoff, the Setters celebrated the accomplishments of 29 Pace Setter senior student-athletes.Â
