PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. – The Pace University volleyball team was defeated by Bentley University on Saturday afternoon by a score of 3-0 (25-17, 25-21, 27-25).

Sophomore
Cydney Gardner (Snellville, Ga./Brookwood) piloted the Setters' offense with a team-high 12 kills off a .219 hitting percentage. She also added five digs and two service aces.
Junior
Brielle Jones (Palm Beach Gardens, Fla./Palm Beach Gardens) also put together a solid stat line of seven kills, five digs and a pair of aces of her own. Freshman
Daniella Abbastante (Sparta, N.J./Sparta) rounded of the Setters' main offensive performers with five kills, while also chipping in three solo blocks.

Pace's senior duo,
Emily Cockell (Springfield, Mo./Kickapoo) and
Leonarda Uljic (Bronx, N.Y./St. Catharine), were each honored prior to the match as part of the Setters' "Senior Day". They went on to both record a pair of team-highs in the match.

Cockell led the Blue and Gold with 13 digs, while Uljic dished out a team-best 17 assists.
