Kyle Pearson led the Setters with 19 points but the Pace men's basketball team fell to the American International Yellow Jackets 84-54 in Northeast-10 Conference action.

The Setters fall to 5-18 overall and 1-14 in the NE-10, while the Yellow Jackets improve to 16-5 and 11-4 in conference play.

American International scored 16 of the first 19 points in the game to take an early double-digit lead. The Setters trailed by 10 points at twice late in the opening half but never got closer. Pace held the advantages on the offensive glass 12-8 and led in second chance points 12-3.

The Setters were led by Pearson just missing a double-double with 19 points and nine rebounds, while
Bryan Rivers chipped in 14 points and three boards.
Jaylen Mann recorded seven points and five rebounds to help the Setters who were missing two starters due to injury.

The Setters continue their road stretch as they travel to NE-10 intrastate foe The College of Saint Rose on Wednesday, February 11 for a 7:30 pm tip against the Golden Knights.
