Shelton Mickell netted a team-high 22 points as the Setters fell to Adelphi 89-68 in Northeast-10 Conference action.

The Setters fall to 5-22 overall and 1-18 in the NE-10, while the Panthers improve to 6-19 and 3-16 in conference play.

Adelphi jumped out to an early 10-2 lead but the Setters chipped away closing to within four points.
Kyle Pearson connected on a triple and baskets by
Mike Demello and Mickell closed the gap to four points with 14:48 left in the half. The Panthers answered as they pushed their lead into double digits and led the rest of the way.

For the Setters, Mickell's 22 points led the way for Pace, while Demello chipped in 16 points, eight rebounds and four assists. Pearson totaled 13 points and four rebounds, while
Bryan Rivers finished with eight points, six rebounds and three assists.
