HERSHEY, Pa.- Freshman Brian Allmendinger (East Islip, NY/East Islip) shot a round of 89 on Day Two of the Division II NCAA East Region Tournament. The East Region is being hosted by Millersville University at the Hershey Country Club in Hershey, PA.

Allmendinger finished the second day as he shot a +18 in the second round. He shot a 44 on the front nine and came back with a round of 45 on the back nine. Allmendinger will conclude play at the NCAA East Region on Wednesday, May 9.

The top five teams and top two student athletes not with a team from each regional will advance to the final on May 15-19 at the Cardinal Club in Simpsonville, KY as part of the Division II Spring Championship Festival. The festival will be hosted by Bellarmine University and the Louisville Sports Commission.
