PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. – The Setters posted their first conference win of the season as Pace swept the Greyhounds of Assumption College 3-0 (25-18, 25-16, 25-22) in Northeast-10 Conference action. Pace improves to 7-13 overall and 1-2 in the NE-10, while the Greyhounds fall to 9-13 and 3-4 in conference play.

For Pace, Nora Rugova (Mt. Kisco, NY/Fox Lane) (Mt. Kisco, NY/Fox Lane) led the Setters with nine kills along with 12 digs, while Gabrielle Harris (Wilmington, DE/Wilmington Friends) (Wilmington, DE/Wilmington Friends) added eight kills and two total blocks. Kelsey Mazurek (Easton, Pa./Easton Area) (Easton, PA/Easton Area) and Tamilee Webb (Hartsdale, NY/Ardsley) (Hartsdale, NY/Ardsley) each finished with six kills, while Mazurek added three aces and Webb posted two. Brooke Speyerer (Winter Haven, FL/Lake Region) (Winter Haven, FL/Lake Region) tallied 34 assists, three digs and two blocks, while Elyse Rowland (Antioch, CA/Deer Valley) finished with 17 digs and a pair of aces.

The Setters hit the road as they travel to the College of Saint Rose on Wednesday, October 8 for an NE-10 match at 7 pm.
