DJ Henry Memorial Clock

The Clock Tower outside of the Goldstein Fitness Center was dedicated to former Pace University football player, Danroy “DJ” Henry, in March of 2012. Henry, a junior student-athlete at the time, was shot and killed by a Pleasantville police officer on October 17, 2010.

The No. 12 is the only number featured on the clock to represent Henry’s uniform number while playing for the Pace football team. Henry, who was a native of Easton, Mass., is remembered as a sensational friend, teammate and son.

In the years since his tragic death, the Henry family has created the DJ Henry Dream Fund, a nonprofit organization committed to providing access to community-based programs such as sports, summer camps, and the arts for Massachusetts youth.
