Freshman Nianzhong Liu earned six medals (top three) throughout the four-day Northeast-10 Conference Championship meet. Liu took home gold in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 56.13, also setting a new program record. He earned silver in the 50-yard freestyle (20.84). He grabbed the bronze in the 100-yard freestyle with another program-record time of 45.80. He also earned medals with the 400-yard medley relay, 200-yard freestyle relay and the 400-yard freestyle relay, all of which broke program records over the weekend.
