Powell was an unstoppable offensive force for the Setters this week. He opened the week with a 27 point performance against SCSU where he shot 58 percent from the field. All 27 points came in the second half. He followed that up with a career-high 40 points in a victory over Franklin Pierce, shooting 68.2 percent while also bringing down nine rebounds. He averaged 33.5 points over the two games to go along with 7.5 rebounds and three assists.
