Keppel-Palmer put together a trio of individual medals at NE10's last weekend. Most notably, the junior picked up her third consecutive conference championship in the 200-back with a time of 2:03.82. She also nabbed second-place finishes in both the 400- (4:33.79) and 200-IM (2:07.54). Keppel-Palmer added a pair of bronze medals in relay action as well, helping her squad to third-place efforts in both the 200-medley relay (1:48.10) and 400-free relay (3:33.81).
