Keppel-Palmer claimed a total of five medals in her first-ever NE10 Championships over the weekend, including first-place finishes in both the 200 IM and 200-back. In addition to breaking her own school records in those events, she also earned NCAA B-cuts with her respective times of 2:04.64 and 2:03.30. Keppel-Palmer also earned a silver medal in the 400 IM, swimming to another school record and B-Cut with a mark of 4:27.40. To go along with the individual success, Keppel-Palmer joined in for a pair of podium finishes in the 400-medley (second-place) and 400-free (third-place) relays.
