Salmonese was as difficult an out as they come last week, helping the Setters go 3-1 over the weekend in Cary, N.C. The senior hit .600, drove in five, and scored six runs as the Setters improved to 4-1 on the year. Salmonese went 4-for-5 on Saturday against Clarion with a pair of RBIs, and was especially impressive on Sunday against Jefferson, going 5-for-6 with a double and the team's first home run of the season. Salmonese is now hitting .560 on the year and leads the Setters with four doubles.
